Are you a golf course?+
No. Executive Fairways LLC is a full-service golf event company based in Loudoun County. We arrange play at courses across Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C.; we do not own a club or a range.
Who is this for?+
Corporations, nonprofits, schools, and community organizations that want a professional golf tournament without becoming the operations team.
How much do the support packages cost?+
Investment is quoted after a consultation. Three levels — Par, Birdie, and Eagle — cover essential support through full-service event management. We do not publish a public rate card.
Do you book tee times for individuals?+
No. This is not a tee-sheet or lesson studio. We plan organization golf events and the day around them.
What about rain or cancellation?+
Weather and cancellation follow the individual course and vendors on that event — not a single Executive Fairways policy. Those terms are confirmed once a date is held.
Where do you work?+
Based in Loudoun County, serving Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. Hours are by appointment, standard business hours. There is no retail storefront.
